Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay: U.S. shipping is free and we do not add a separate sales-tax charge. Feloper Lab handles any applicable merchant tax obligations. Stripe and PayPal process payment; we do not store your card details. We send an order confirmation after payment is recorded.
Shipping
We currently accept orders for U.S. delivery only. Orders ship from China, with free shipping to U.S. addresses. Orders dispatch within 2 days after placement. Typical transit to U.S. addresses is 4–5 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date: arrival can vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. Dispatch within 2 days does not mean delivery within 2 days, and orders do not dispatch from a U.S. warehouse. Tracking information is sent when available and can be viewed through Track order.
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days after you receive the item by emailing support@moodincase.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before mailing anything; we will provide the approved return instructions and return address. Feloper Lab pays the return postage.
After the returned item is received and checked against these conditions, we refund the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. If your item arrived damaged, incorrect or defective, contact the same address and include photos so we can help.
Privacy and order support
We use a random browser-session identifier to measure page views, product views, guide links and shopping actions through our shared analytics service at admin.moodincase.com. Analytics events record the referring domain and limited campaign labels, not the full referring URL, payment receipt tokens, email links or delivery details. The identifier and attribution are kept in session storage; events are stored in our shared backend. When this optional measurement is enabled and you complete a purchase, limited source, campaign, landing-page and device-category information is also saved with the order to help us understand which content leads to purchases. The analytics session identifier is not added to the order. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this optional measurement. Recorded AI referrals do not establish that an AI system recommended a product.
We collect the name, email, phone number, U.S. delivery address and order details you submit so we can process payment, fulfill the order, send updates, provide support and handle returns. The shopping bag is stored in your browser. We share the information needed for these purposes with our payment processors Stripe and PayPal, our shared order service at casepopstudio.com, our email provider and shipping providers. Hosting providers may process technical request data. We do not offer customer accounts or a newsletter signup on this site.
For order lookup, the email or phone number you enter is sent to the shared order service for verification. A one-time code is sent to the order email before details are shown. To ask about access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, email support@moodincase.com; we may need to retain order records for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
